Why can't I just sign up on ivii.me?
There's no open registration — accounts are created through a personal setup link tied to a physical ivii card. See Getting Access to Your Account.
I lost my personal setup link. What do I do?
Check your order confirmation email and your card's packaging first. If you still can't find it, contact support — don't guess at the URL, since every link is unique to one card.
My verification code expired. Now what?
Just try logging in with your email and password — ivii will automatically send you a brand new code.
Can I change my username after I've picked it?
Yes — open Profile Link and tap Update. Your new username is checked for availability the same way it was the first time.
Why is the Direct switch grayed out?
Direct mode needs your first profile content block (by position) to be a link. If it's a phone number or plain text, reorder your content so a link comes first — see Direct mode.
Why can't I delete one of my cards?
Your default card can't be deleted directly. Set a different card as your default first, then delete the one you no longer want.
What's the difference between disabling my card and turning on Vcard-only mode?
Disabling a card (Active Card switch off) stops it from being shown at all — visitors see a disabled state. Vcard-only mode keeps the card active, but instead of showing your profile, it automatically downloads your contact card to anyone who visits.
My QR code isn't working. What should I check?
Make sure the QR Code switch on the QR Code screen is turned on, and that the card itself is set to Active — a disabled card won't resolve for anyone, QR included.
Can I export all my saved contacts at once?
Not currently — each contact can be saved individually with the Save to Device button, but there's no bulk export.
Is there an ivii app to download?
Ivii runs entirely in your browser — no app-store install needed. On some pages you may see a prompt to install ivii as an app on your home screen, which just gives you a quick-launch icon for the same site.
What's actually required to create a profile?
Just your First Name, Last Name, Industry Designation, and a username. Everything else — headline, bio, photo, links — can be added or changed anytime afterward.
Is ivii available in other languages?
Not at the moment — ivii is currently English only.
