Ivii doesn't have an open sign-up page — your account is tied to the smart card you purchased. When you got your card, you also received a personal setup link that looks like ivii.me/account/xxxxxxx. That link is what creates your account and connects it to your card.
Check the packaging insert that came with your card, or the email tied to your order, for your personal setup link. If you can't find it, contact support rather than guessing at the URL — every link is unique to your card.
Setting up your account
Open your personal setup link. It'll take you straight to the ivii account creation screen.
Fill in your details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Create Password, and Confirm Password.
Your password needs at least 8 characters, with at least one letter, one number, and one symbol.
Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
Check your email for a one-time verification code and enter it on the next screen. See Verifying Your Account (OTP) for the details.
Once verified, you're automatically logged in and taken straight to building your profile.
Each personal setup link only works once. If you (or someone else) already used it to create an account, opening it again will show that account's public profile instead of a signup form — that's expected, not an error.
