After you create your account, ivii emails you a one-time password (OTP) — a 4-digit code — to confirm the email address is really yours. You can't use your account until this step is complete.
Entering your code

Check your inbox for an email titled Registration Verification.

Enter the 4-digit code into the OTP field on the screen that appeared right after you clicked CREATE ACCOUNT.

Click Submit. You'll be logged in automatically and taken straight to setting up your first profile.
Your code expires 15 minutes after it's sent. If it's expired, just try logging in with your email and password again — ivii will automatically send you a fresh code.
Didn't get an email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails occasionally land there.
- Double-check you typed your email address correctly when creating your account. A typo there means the email has nowhere to go.
- Give it a minute — delivery isn't always instant.
